Did somebody say Ketchup!?

It has been a year and almost three months since Lydia was born. What have I been doing? TRYING TO LOSE THE BABY WEIGHT, OF COURSE! The struggle has been real.

Let me catch you up. At the end of my pregnancy, I weighed about 175 which meant that I had gained 30 pounds because my pre-pregnancy weight was 145. It has been an adventure getting to this point. I've tried to 'eat clean,' took walks around the mall and the park, bought Beach Body's 21 Day Fix program, and a spinning bike. But let me be honest, I have also ate my not-so-'clean' Heinz ketchup on my sweet potato fries (and I mean lots of kethcup!), some cake, ice-cream, and throw in a couple of pizzas and glasses of Moscato. There were days when I laid with Lydia and watch television instead of working out . Life can be exhausting-especially with a tough sleeper like her.

I started my weight loss journey off at full speed , but I realize now I have to take it one day at a time. If I want the weight to stay off, I have to give it time to come off- and maybe chill on the cake and Moscato.

I recently made the decision to become a Beach Body Coach and bought Piyo and Shakeology.

So starting now, I am going to document my healthy intentions;  keep track of my weight loss thoughts, help others in the same position, and remind myself ENOUGH WITH THE KETCHUP because nothing taste as good as skinny feels!
