I'm strong-Like A Boss!

Day 8:

Today, was another busy day as usual! But my meal plan was on point! I enjoyed some eggs and fruit for breakfast. I also couldn't wait for Cinco de Mayo, so I made some chicken quesodillas and fresh salsa for lunch! And obviously my shakeology. Yum!

After all that yummy healthy food, my workout was a breeze. I always feel better if I eat a while before my workouts. I can not get by without food in my belly! I was even able to hold a side plank today! I guess the saying "you are stronger than you think" is true- at least as far as PiYo and I go.

Move it, Move it!

Day 7:

Today we made an offer on our first home! Pretty exciting! I swear I wouldn't have lasted that meeting without my Shakeology! Three hours and a million signatures later, we left the real-estate office feeling anxious! And by the time we got home it was almost ten at night. Therefore, I missed my workout. But I plan to make it up some time this week! I'm not going to let the process of buying a home stress me out! I'm going to keep moving forward!

Me and My Picture

Day  6:

It never gets easier. You just get better! Today was a busy day! But I managed to get Piyo lower body and spinning in today! Lydia even had swim class today!

I was also prepared to have a cheat day today because of the wedding  I was attending this evening. I believe I even said "I'm going to take a drink of me and my picture" at one point. Can you say hott mess express?! Luckily, I was at the cool kids table!
From day one of this challenge, I can already see and feel a difference in my body. Not just on the outside, but on the inside! I can't stress enough how these workouts and Shakeology are changing my life! I feel proud! I feel good! I feel happy!

REST

Day 5:

Today was rest day!

Enough said!

I see RESULTS!

Day 4:

I have started to see a major difference in my body since starting this challenge. This happens every time and it never ceases to amaze me.
Already my stomach has flattened a lot. I don't know why I ever fall back into my bad habits when it really is this easy to keep the results coming.

We had an eventful day. We are in the process of buying our first home, and went to see houses this evening feeling very positive.
We couldn't of asked for a better day. We may be putting an offer in on a home we really liked. CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!
